Refund policy

At Best Bottles, we're dedicated to delighting you with our carefully curated selection of wine and spirits, and ensuring every bottle brings you joy. If a wine you purchase from us turns out to be flawed — whether corked or otherwise compromised — we'll make it right.

Simply return the bottle to our shop within 14 days of purchase. To process your return, the bottle must be at least half full, have its original cork or cap intact, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
