Jean et Sébastien Dauvissat Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons' is chardonnay in its purest form. Cultivated on a ribbon of ancient Kimmeridgian limestone, it tosses out notes of bright green apple, bosc pear and mineral-etched acidity, cleanly delineated by the wine's citrus edge.
